I would like to lay a complaint about checkers Sunningdale. for the 2nd time this week when paying cash, I do not receive my R0.05 change, just the slip. I know is sounds petty but it is still my money, which checkers staff are from me. I made a scene on Monday when this happened and got my R0.05c but did not have the energy to argue this fact. That is why I am bringing it to your attention. For every 1000 customers that do not get their R0.05c Checkers makes R50 out of their customers pocket. I would appreciate it if all cashiers are informed that the correct change should be given to their customers and managers need to ensure that there are enough R0.05c in circulation. I was at till #4 at 13.32.42
