One of my staff went to purchase cigarettes at Checkers, she unfortunately came back with the incorrect brand. I then sent another staff member to go & exchange it immediately but he comes back saying they cant change it. Now im starting to get upset of which I make a call there asking to speak to the manager. I spoke to a Blackie Swart & explained to him what happened &he tells me he can't understand why they didn't exchange it for me. he then proceeds to transfer my call & I end up speaking to a Selma or Salma (Food Manager) I explain to her also about what happened and then she tells me its company policy, I then asked her for her name of which she refused and asked what for? By now I'm upset she drops the call on me and then I decide to go around to checkers myself. I get there just to end up talking to this very rude woman who is now taking me on infront of everyone not caring that I'm a customer or given the fact that she a manager behaving like a fool. I go to the kiosk where the cigarettes get sold and I'm being told again of company policy. I then told the lady behind the counter where exactly in your shop does it state that &why doesn't this Blackie know of the "policy"
