On Friday, 24th May I went to Checkers in Century City to purchase electricity. When I got to the Kiosk it clearly stated in big bold letters that customers can buy their prepaid electricity at the kiosk. I then proceeded to tell the cashier that I want to purchase electricity to which she simply replied I cannot purchase electricity here due to the fact that their system takes about an hour (somehow that was my problem) and I would have to go back to the money market line to buy my electricity. She also proceeded to tell me with such an attitude that she can't use the system because her "other customers" will complain that they have to wait. I turned around and asked her what customers as I was the only customer there at the time, to which she replied yes it doesn't matter that there aren't customers there now but if they do come they won't like the fact that they have to wait. My question to that horrific employee is am I not a customer? Why do you employee people who do not want to work? I would suggest that you send all your cashiers on a training course on the importance of dealing with customers. It's quite
