On the 24/01/2013 I went to Edgars Active in Carlton Centre to put in a claim for an accidentally damaged blackberry 9300 (water damaged), I had everything that they requested from me where i was kindly helped by Tumi @ the store. I waited for Edgars or their insurance partner to inform me of progress of the claim, . Nobody called until I called on the 04/02/2013 spoke to a lady who helped and informed me that on her system it says there are documents that I need to submit but she will wait for Tumi who helped me to understand what is going on, few minutes later she calls me and say that my phone just arrived I must bring my ID, my card and the access fee, I went to the store on the 06/02/ with what they requested, got to the store Tumi was there she helped but still they haven't sorted the docs story. According to me there are docs that I need to still send to them, Tumi promised that she'll contact their insurance partner it'll be sorted in 30 minutes, she'll call me so I can come back later to fetch my phone, waited for the call, nobody called me I called again the docs problem still hasn't been fixed. Waited on the 07/02 nobody called, I called in today no help still
