Get no response to emails, telephone and call cent

We were in a regular supply of Oxygen situation for a Jewellery Business with Afrox Oxygen for many years.

This was cancelled in writing by ourselves on 25th May 2011 with proof of payment of settlement of account.
We requested pick-up of gas cylinders which belong to Afrox.

After many requests to Afrox Cape Town, these cylinders were finally fetched on the 10.10.2012
> 1 year!

We thought that's that! However, since that date we receive monthly statements and demands for payment for continued rental of these cylinders with increasing threats of taking action against our business.

Repeated attempts to contact Afrox through the contact number & name of the signatory of demand letters it is not possible to get a responsible person to talk to. At best we get an Answering machine, where we leave a message asking for call-back, which has not happened after 2 messages, weeks apart.

Repeated emails to customer services provides a reference number but NO Action other than the monthly invoice / statement and letters of demand threatening us with action.

It appears there is NO-ONE in Afrox (Germiston or Cape Town) who will pick up a phone to try and sort this out.
