I had a new & sealed box of welding carbons bought 2 days ago at Afrox epping. Being closer, i drove to Mont.Garden as I saw they had a smaller diameter similar product the previous day. I asked for a refund on the former & then to invoice the other. The sales guy (not the guy with dreadlocks; he's cool), said it's not loaded for their branch, I have to go to Epping, the system won't allow it. I asked him to load it, credit it & invoice me. He said it'll take days to do. I asked what? who's in control? him or 'the system? '. In the end I had to go to epping to get sorted out. I mentioned it to them & they laughed; then said it looks like it's on their side. I asked to confirm; they said they cannot & laughed more. I told them it's no laughing matter: either the coloured sales guy is discriminating against me & brushing me off, or they have a seriously [email protected]
# system. I emailed Afrox with confirmation of mail received at 12.30pm. By 5.30 I still haven't had any reply form them. F them; I'll buy future welding kit from Promax, who's far better priced that them anyway.
