Numerous e-mails and phone calls has been made to your customer support e-mail
address/0860 020 202 to request P.O.D's for amounts Afrox states we are liable for.
Without a P.O.D. we can not request payment to be done.
Received a P.O.D. but you can clearly see by the Company name that it is for the same company
but a different branch.
Exactly what I said to Busi & Wendy & Pamela at Afrox:
Afrox is quick to send letters stipulating no payment has been received or letters to
say they will take legal action but when we try to resolve the matter,
no one at Afrox wants to assist.
I'm keeping all my records of phone calls & e-mails send, as proof that Afrox is not
attending to the urgent matter.
