Enough is Enough

Im so upset with Edgars that i feel like taking them to the papers and suing!
I opened my account in Oct 2012 and by November 2012 i got a call with suspected. Someone maxed out my credit of R6500. I had a small balance prev which im aware of. it took me a few trips in my lunch time to the century city branch, spending more than a hour in the store at a time. Eventually i got to see the security footage, and they told me they will put a block on my acc. The block made it difficult for me to even pay the small balance. i managed to make 1 payment cos a staff member used her brain and got some number for the payment to go through. i tried making another payment end August and was told the payment cant go through becos of the block. NOW! I get a sms to say my account was handed over!!!
How the can they hand me over if i attempted to make payment but becos they wont remove the block, my credit profile is being affected! please tell me or explain how this is fair! i haven't been a customer for a month yet, and a year later i'm still fighting with Edgars for their lack of investigation and customer satisfaction.
