REFUND OF DEBIT ORDER ON PAID UP ACCOUNT

I appalled by the service and treatment to get back my refund of R291 I was told countless times i phoned Karabo at RCO and her manager and have gone to fourways costing me money only for them to say they cat do refund without my bank statement!!! a bank statement cost R27 I must get a bank statement for that much to collect R291? its ridiculous poor poor service, the amount is reflecting in your account and you have seen it. Its like I'm am being punished for pay of my account early. I am not having it have driven to two stores after being assured that its is sorted and i can collect my money but it has come to nothing I have also gone to sandton city where admin manager Lindi refused to do the refund . the value of the R291 is now literally 100 rand as I have wasted petrol and airtime tying to sort this. Who is going to refund me that money back. Appalling service for someone who has never paid a day late or a penny short!! please sort it out ASAP i would like to get my money today!! I need to get my money today and the account closed!!
