No refund - 2 weeks late

On the 2nd June I went to clicks and swiped my debit card, the 1st amount declined and I was automatically refunded the amount into my account, the cashier swiped the second time and the amount went through on my side and declined on their side, she then swiped the 3rd time and again the money went through from my account by declined on their side. I went to draw money and paid cash for my purchases. I was told the money would be back in my account in 3 days.
A week later I got a stamped bank statement and took it too Siyanda in which he said he would sort it out. Its now the 21st and I have not received any money back from Clicks! Pathetic Service. I am expected to trust Clicks with my money yet they cant even do a small refund
