I placed a phone order for a birthday cake for my 6 yr old daughter on Tuesday 4th Feb, to be collected on Wednesday 5th Feb. I arrived to collect the cake which was exactly what I had requested, I was verey happy, At the checkout, the cashier noticed that the lid f the box had touched the cake & removed part of the picture, i was devastated as the cake had to be in school by 7.30am today.
She called a gentleman by the name of Magnus who said that they would fix it & have it ready for me by 7.30 TODAY. I went to collect & the cake was prettier than the one they did previously, My daughter was delighted.
Thank you to Magnus & Douglas, you went the extra mile to ensure that my daughters day would be perfect. I so appreciate the graciuos manner in which you assisted.
