DEFY TUMBLE DRYER

I bought a Defy tumble Dryer from the Sandton house and Home on 25 January 2014. Unfortunately it was not working when we used it for the first time.

Onya first told us to contact the service department that they will fix it for us, it said no as its a brand new machine, I want a replacement one. This was delivered last Wednesday, but had a faulty drum so I sent it back! Again I was referred to he service department to fix it!!! I finally spoke to Bill, the branch manager (who I am told today no longer works at house and home).

After investigation he told me that the "faulty drum' machine works, that it is in good condition and sent it back to us. It worked for 2 days and now has some electrical problem, sparks form the drum and trips our electricity. Our sales agent Onya, says its out of his hands, I must speak again to the service department to repair it, NO NO NO!!

Who can sort it out, bad service, between house and home and Defy, the need to sort this out!!
