Paid for Bed but no delivery

I ordered a bed on line and was promised that it wouild be delivered by no later than the end of January.

Since the 4th week of Jan, I have repeatedly been in contact with a guy called Manley and he has yet to deliver on a single promise, and that incluides not even making good on his committment to phone back to update me.

I then got hold of the apparent owner - Louis, cell number 0741237042, and he has'nt even bothered to phone back with an update.

After a total of 13 calls, starting from the 26 January, I feel that they have been given ample opportunity to deliver.
