The tfg website is always experiencing internal difficulties. I have tried to register on the new website to track my account. no success. tfg call centre is useless, they keep on saying if I restart my computer the problem will be sorted and I will be able to register. I have tried for the last 2 months to register with no success. I depend on the online service to track my account because snail mail takes long to reach me. [Email Removed] ignored my 5 emails to get the problem solved, I got no response at all.
