Good day. I went to Checkers at Hartbeespoort (Village Mall). On the shelf next to the olives that I have purchased was a little board with the following words "Buffet Olives buy 3 for R24.99". I took then 3. But when I get home the price were R17.99 each. This is not the first time this is happening. When approaching the manager the next day he treated me as if I am stupid. He said I took the stuffed olives, but the board next to olives indicated Buffet Olives, and that is what I took. Not even a apology from the manager (except from cashier supervisor). Had to make phone calls and drive again back to the shop, just to receive this poor service from management. Why must I argue to rectify the fault Checkers made. While I was in front at the tills, there was another lady that also had a problem with the same story as I had. This is unacceptable! Must I always check my till slip to make sure that am not over charged? Retarda Jannie Olivie
