I have a DSTV installation with 2 decoders for about 10 years in one location and moved into a new house and bought two explora decoders. I have to keep the old installation going for my mother, so I tried to change the main email login to that of my mothers email address. The link on the confirmation email I received on her email address does not work so I tried to use the URL. This also does not work. I tried multiple times.
This means I cannot register a new account with my email address and that means I cannot register the two explora smartcards on my email address until this is sorted out. This also means I cannot use Boxoffice website to topup until this is sorted out. I have reported the problem three times from the website and the problem is still not sorted out. This has been going on for almost 2 months, UTTERLY POOR SERVICE!
