Poor service, lack of training from the staff

M livid with the service I received at Pick n Pay San Ridge yesterday I went grocery shopping and as I was about to pay we explained to the cashier that we going to be using 2 separate payment method in which her response was quite alarming as she knows nothing about that her actually words were that she doesn't think it's possible for us to do such. She went on and called one of her supervisor to help her. The total grocery amount was R2421.91 in which if decided by 2 meant she was suppose to bill my card R1210.91 however Asnath billed my card R3632.71. During that whole fiasco they concluded that they will just refund me that cash without even consulting with me. I told them that I will not take any hard cash but I want my money back into my account. The supervisor then decided to call George to assist as both Yvonne and Asnath didn't know what they were doing. My concerns me the most is the fact that they first and said I will have my money the latest after 10 thus far am still without my money and this is mine no charity money. This is bad
