I bought a Blackberry Z10 phone on the 29/11/2013 from Edgars Eastgate and requested it to be insured and ticked on the tracker sheet that i want insurance. I was robbed the same evening on my way home and went to the police station on the 30/11/2013 to report the crime. I then went to Edgars Southgate to process the claim only to be asked for the enrolment slip which i was supposed to have received the day I bought the phone. I went back to Edgars Eastgate on the 5/12/2013 to ask why i wasn't given the slip and Mthokozisi told me that they had a system error on the 29/11/2013 that's why the enrolment slip didn't print and he took my card and printed one dated the 5/12/2013 and made me fill the claim form again and told me he will call the insurance company and explain to them what happened on the 29/11/2013 that resulted in the enrolment failing. I have been battling ever since to get this matter resolved and have spoken to Glen the floor manager on numerous occassions and he informed me that there is nothing he can do without Mr. Nzama's input on the matter. Glen cannot get hold of Mr. Nzama and I am left in the dark but my account is been debitted every month for insurance.
