Damaged phone and i wan it replaced now

I bought a phone (Tablet P5100) from Edgars in Aberton on the 6 August 2013, 2 months later it started giving me problems, but i did not report it becos was still working, on the 8 December 2013 he phone just stopped working and becos i lost my slip and i was advised that i should go to any edgars and that a slip can be traced for as i used an account to make the purchase. On the 10 December, i went to Edgars in alberton where i spoke to Mpho who had a big pimple between his eyes and light in completion, who was less interested and said that is should take the phone to Vodacare even after i told him that all i want is a slip. I then went to customer care and had to wait for 2hours before i could get what i want. the manager (Queen) for the area was called about 4 times and she only decided to rock up after 30 mins. to cut the long story short Vodacare told me they will have to charge me as the phone doesnt have a warranty. hense i took the phone with me back home. What i want now is for the incompent staff of Edgars to come collect the phone as i am not prepared to waist any of time especially after Vodacare told me i shouldnt have brought the phone myself Edgars was suppose to
