I had a cell phone insurance with Edgars who states that any repairs to your phone will be dealt with by Fin Wright Insurance. I handed my phone to Edgars on the 04/02/2013 and to date Fin Wright has been giving me the run around as to when my phoned will be repaired. The manager is never available for contact and when you speak to any of the staff, they apologise but never help you solve the matter. Today is the 08/03/2013 and I have been on hold with Fin Wright staff for almost 30minutes and no help what-so-ever. They now claim they will start repairing my phone today. There is no calls made to the client, no sms sent to state the process of the query. NO FEEDBACK WHAT SO EVER AND WHEN WE CALL, WE HAVE TO BE ON HOLD AS THEY SEARCH FOR INFORMATION. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
