FINRITE Took 2 Months Fixing My Phone

I have insured my phone through Edgars EastGate, I took my phone for repair under insurance on the 28 April 2013. With the following details:
CLAIM REFERENCE: TC071022804130778517

I have made several inquiries through Edgars EastGate and i was always told that FINRITE is saying the phone is ready and it just need to be delivered till today.
