Activity on my account and claims

I lost my cellphone on 01/02/2014 in the morning and later went to the foschini store at Protea Glen Mall to enquire what is needed to register the claim and the lady who assisted me advised that the claims dpt closed at 1 o'clock and she wasn't sure about all the info but advised me that I must get an affidavit at the police. I bought two body sprays and when she gave me the receipt I realised that my available credit was not R8934 any more but R64. She advised that there were purchases done on the account, one at Sterns in Vaal Mall for R6500 and the other R2296 at Total sports in Southgate mall and she immediately called to stop my card and advised that I need to do an affidavit for the dispute, I went to do it and got back and completed a dispute but I haven't received a call from Foschini. the insurance policy wording states that one must report all claims to Finrite on 0861663266 and fax to 0860109299 but when I called I was advised to go to a store to register a claim, I went to American Swiss Rosebank and was advised to open a case which wasn't said on Saturday. the case is open but I'm struggling to send the forms because I cant go to the store again. i prefer to fax
