Customer injury - non payment of accounts

On the 20th of December my leg were trapped between two full pallets. The worker drove with a forklift into an other palette. This caused my leg to get trapped. My boyfriend had to lift the palette on his own with no help. The palette was loaded. I was not in a marked zone. I was innocently doing my shopping.

I went to the hospital and luckily nothing was broken. I still was very sore and could hardly move. I don't expect much from Makro. The promised to pay all my medical expenses. Nothing has happened yet. We all ready called twice but is still waiting.

I am very disappointed with Makro. So much for customer service
