My delivery of last week was one fail after another. I had booked the time 3 - 4pm, however they arrived just before 7pm. This after I had to call them to find out what was happening. The groceries delivered were wrong in so many ways, it astounds me that someone with a good understanding of the English language packed my food. For example, sending Chocolate chips biscuits instead of Chocolate chips.
I mailed Pick n Pay online shopping and received no response. Obviously their care for their clients is non-existent, so now I will go to the social media to voice my opinion of really bad service.
