You did get your money but now i must wait

My account was handed over to VVM att and i manage to pay the account in full, but now that i tryd to buy something in credit i have been decline due to EDGARS that havent removed my name from ITC... now i have to wait 48hours for a paid up letter to prove to the other company that it has been paid...

can someone help me with this matter like asap.
