I paid my account in full end of April I completed an application and was informed that is was denied because of edgars account is in arrears! I called the aacounts department and they gave me a number for lawyers, I called the lawyers and they informed me that they sent a letter to Edgars that rthe coount is paid in full 30/04/13! I need to move but can't becuase Edcon never updated their system! Monday I was promised a paid up letter to sort out their mess but I still have not received it! Will Edgars give me a place to stay since I can't one because of their negligence? I paid the account as requested now can I get the lettter I requested??
