I bought a silent diesel generator for R11000, in april 2013 within 3 weeks it stopped working, I returned it to Adendorffs with a complaint of exhaust system failure. They sent it back in working condition, without replacing the exhaust system. Ever since it causes problems daily ie oil leaks, excessive smoke and so noisy that neighbors threatened action. On another occasion engine broke tappet cover with no compression, where after they only supplied a new tappet cover which I had to replace myself, needless to say 8 months down the line, the engine made a of a noise and soon after it caught fire which I had to extinguish with a hose pipe. I now have to sell it for scrap, if you have ten grand to waste go and buy a generator at Adendorffs
