Donford – servicing the customer in the wrong way

Had my car serviced at the Donford and the fan belt replaced. Two days after the service the radiator broke and the car was immediately returned. Seemingly they did not go near the radiator, so how did they replaced the fan belt? The advice was to drive the car that was by now gushing radiator fluid to Silvertone radiators, who cares that the engine will overheat and be damaged on the way there.
Upon them replacing the radiator, and refusing to replace the water hoses at my cost (a reasonable precaution), they handed the key over the advisor mentioned "by the way" that there is cooling fluid leaking out a hose at the top of the engine. This leak was repaired at my cost and now they found the tappet cover was sweating. When confronted about their lack of inspecting the cars during services or informing a customer about problems with vehicles, they stated "Our customers don't want to know about any problems". Why? "Because they do not want to spend money fixing it".
Now the cooling system loses coolant. Also broke the radiator clip and simply tried to glue it back together.
Do not service your car at Donfords. Unless you do not want to know about problems (which they probably caused)
