At the beginning of February 2013, I took my car, a Renault Megane 1.9dci for repairs to the Fountains branch. The car had a problem of cutting when I was reversing & also wanted the to replace a sunroof swich cover. The car was diagnosed for almost three days & was called to be told about thre problem. They had to replace the upc computer, globe plugs & the wiring harness & the sunroof switch at a cost of 15687, 19. I agreed to the quotation & was told that they harness & switch will be ordered and it will take 15 working days. On the26 february the harness arrived and had to be fitted in. Now I am told that there is smoke coming from the exhaust, there are oil leaks and that the clutch is noisy. When I took the car to them those problems were not there. I had just taken the car for service in october 2012 & those problems were not diagnosed. I am the driver of the car, there was no noise in my clutch even before I took the car to renult fountas, there was no smoke in my exhaust! Who is repsponsible for further damages to my car? Somebody must own up cause I am not responsible
