I was most disgusted in the service I received from Sunningdale PNA. I have purchased many items from both branches in the area, and on this occasion I was not assisted when looking for craft paint, I had to go and ask for assistance at the counter. All 3 ladies behind the counter just looked at me when I asked if they have lime green craft paint. They did not even bother to check their stock just answered no. When I asked them to double check their stock one of the assistants reluctantly helped and confirmed none in stock, but 2 at the other branch. After collecting all of my other purchases, I proceeded to the check out, here I again waited a few minutes for assistance as no-one was in attendance, and eventually had to call someone, as the 3 staff members had now moved towards the entrance and continued to chat there. I eventually asked if I could have assistance - which Benine reluctantly offered. When I asked her how she would feel if she were the client and was treated the way I was, her reply was "I thought there was someone at the till" in a very off handish way. The fact that all 3 ladies could see there was no teller at the counter did not seem to bother her.
