At the beginning of August I bought a curtain from the Mr Price Highveld Mall Shop. I returned the next day to purchase another matching curtain but they were out of stock. The lady assured me she would order another one. It would take 3 weeks. After 3 weeks with no response from her so I went into the shop only to find out she never ordered the item and had since resigned! I was informed they had a staff member going to another branch and assured me I would get the curtain that Monday. So I ordered another 3 curtains as was told they were available from another branch. That was the Begining of August. To date (24 October) I've heard nothing from them. Its appauling that the customer must run to and fro when they said they would order the curtains and phone me! I now sit with one curtain which I must do what with as you normally have a matching pair of curtains per window. I am disgusted with their lack of interest concerning this whole affair. I guarantee you that if I go in to their branch they would still have not ordered my curtains!
