I ordered an item from Homechoice on 9 December 2013. Their website informs me my order was dispatched on 10 December. I have received nothing yet. I contacted the call centre, and they informed me there was a shortage at the warehouse. How, then, could it have been shipped? Someone is lying, since both things can't be true. Eventually I was contacted a few weeks ago and told to have someone ready at my address with an ID as the parcel would be delivered on specific day. Nobody came. Over a week ago I left another request on the website to be contacted. Nobody has bothered to contact me. I will never order from Homechoice again, and will advise people I know not to do so either.
