On 13/01/2014 I placed an online order for a duvet set and a scatter cushion. On 16/01/2014 I received an email from Charles Mthetwa advising no stock of one of the aforesaid items. Less than an hour later I requested a cancellation of this order as half the order did not meet my requirements. I have since logged queries for a full refund which has not yet been done.
