No Delivery - No Service

I placed an order on 24 April and paid in full. I have still not received my parcel and have contacted Homechoice three times with nobody able to assist me and nobody prepared to come back to me regarding the status of my parcel. Today I finally managed to speak to supervisor Rochelle who says that my parcel is now being sent from JHB to Cape Town for redispatch to JHB so that they can deliver. They claim that an attempt was made to deliver on 27 April, no attempt was made. Rochelle claims that she cannot contact the Warehouse except by mail and refuses to give me the mail address so that I can follow it up myself. She also claims that it will take 7 working days to respond to my query.

I was under the impression that Homechoice was a reputable company, however they are just another mail order company that takes your money and does not deliver.
