It is so dissapointing today i called the edcon line 0114956000 only to be transferred by the operator to a call center line with no agents with which thier IVR offers no alternative contact details, my phone had accidental damage i needed to report this with Edgars Insurance but ther was no one to service me everytime i called i just held on and on and on... can someone please assit.
