It's been a while now, over a year, that it is really not a joy to shop at Foschini's Kolonnade due to it being sooo hot inside the shop. The air-conditioning is either not working at all or set very hot. I only go in there if I can't find what I'm looking for at any other shop, but don't stick around to see what other products they have, as I would pass out from heat exhaustion. No wonder the service there is also not so good. The few times I force myself to go in there, the staff looked as if they all want to pass out too. Especially at the cosmetics department - they only do the absolute necessary to keep the shop going, but I would very much appreciate it if someone from Head office could go and do a surprise inspection - you won't find all the cosmetics available, neatly organised on the display racks. In fact, they have not had a Rimmel Dark Brown Eyebrow pencil for the past 2 months and not all the products are in the correct places - you'll find Yeardley between Rimmel and Maybelline between Revlon etc.. You will make more money if that shop is in a better condition. Till then, I'll rather go to Edgars or Clicks for cosmetics.
