I have recently only started receiving my edgars account statement via email, and came across charges for personal accident insurance, as well as account protection plan, totalling a sum of R49.32 per month, after enquiring about these charges, it has been charged to my account form 2007, thats absolutely ridiculous as I have never agreed to these financial products,
I called edcon accounts dept, was given no ref no and was told to quote the name (thandikile), called in 2 weeks time and on the line for 12minutes thus far and spoke to Dumisile who gave me the same response as the previous person, the supervisor will call... she has confirmed though that these are hollards insurance products and they will have to get some proof from them.
only knows how long that will take, pathetic service Edcon, doubt I will be using Edgars anytime soon hereafter, really pathetic
