Double charge for one transaction

On saturday afternoon I made a purchase of R196 at Edgars in Sandton. Today when i checked my account on-line. I see two identical charges of R196.I kept the receipt and there was only one charge of R196. A manager/ supervisor was called and he explained to me that if i was charged twice they will reverse it and i don't have to come back to the store. The cashier took my details and promised to call me if there's a problem. I called your customer service on 0114956000 and spoke to Nhlanhla who advised me that i have to come in the store so they can be able to sort it out and they also need proof to show i was double charged. I am going to cancel all my appointments and go back to the store today and i would love to be refunded my petrol money and the bank charges as this is an inconvenience for me. I am utterly disappointed
