I took my fianc? watch in 3 weeks ago (which was a Christmas present). it was raining outside and he walked to his car, water got into the watch and the strap got damaged.
Galaxy advised it will take up to 3 weeks for the watch to be repaired or they will replace the watch and I will have it back by then.
I phoned Galaxy this morning and spoke to a very rude guy, he advised me that the watch will not be ready today. I told him he needs to make sure I get it today and he said he is most certain I will not get it today. I explained to him that when I brought the watch I explained to them its a Christmas gift and I need it back urgently, they advised it will not take longer than 3 weeks, he kept cutting me off telling me I wont get it back today
This is unacceptable!!!
