Sim swap / OTA

So i lost my phone which is a tragic, i request a sim swap from MTN and they tell me to contact Edgars because i use their OTA service. A week has passed already and when ever i call, different consultants give me different option. i am now sitting with three different sim cards but still no number. I am out of touch with my contacts, i am not asking for much... All i need is my number back. Why inforce the technology if you cant use it, teh call centre guys clearly needs training because they have no idea on how this works. If that is not bad enough, one stay on the line for almost 30min before they can pick up. This 086 033 2244 number is useless.
