I've always been a fan of Mr Price and was excited when they made online shopping available for Mr Price Home. I placed an order for 15 items online on Wednesday and paid immediately - I paid an extra R99 to have the items delivered to me within 1-2 days. Today when I logged on to track the progress of my order, it still only says "processing". I've spoken to an agent online by the name of Charles who really wasn't helpful at all, it appeared to be a great inconvenience for him to have to assist me with my query. His only response to me was that if the site says the order is still processing, then that's that. Many of the items I've ordered are supposed to be gifts for a friend over the weekend - how embarrassing that I now won't be able to give it to her. This is very disappointing.
