No response after constant emailing and calling

Long story short. I paid R3749 for an Orbitrek X2 on the 24 of January and since then I have not received a confirmation that they received my payment, I have not received a tracking number for my order. I don't even know if I will ever GET my order. The status of my order on the website still says NOT PAID after I sent my payment confirmation to [Email Removed] TWICE.
I have contacted Isaac Monareng (Customer Call Centre) numerous times by email and he reads my emails (clicks on the 'read receipt) but he never responds to my queries. Basically I'm beyond furious and I will never as long as I live buy anything from Verimark ever again after this ordeal. I'm starting to think someone pocketed my money and is ignoring all my emails. Calling their call centre also doesn't help, because they say they'll get back to you and they never do.
I hope Michael van Straaten knows what's going on in his company!
