VERY POOR SERVICE FROM JACKLIN

WISH I HAD READ HELLOPETER FIRST!!!
I placed an order with proof of payment for postage and packing on 15/10/2013. Received email confirmation on 15/10/2013 from Vincent Govender to say order placed and will receive book in 14-28 days. All sounds good!
On 11/11/2013 I made a follow up on enquiry with Thato. There is NO record of my order. Emailed all copies again.
On 13/11/2013 received a call from Dicksie to say order definitely processed and will receive book within 14-28 days. Complained that was not acceptable so Dicksie said he will process my order as urgent and will receive it within 7-14 days.
On 25/11/2013 phoned again to follow up on the delivery and now I'm told that there is no proof of payment! Eventually spoke to Sebastian who located my proof of payment and assured me that he will process my order and provide me with a tracking number before the end of the week. So I'm hopeful.
The worst part of all this is that their Customer service is non-existent! Except for my initial confirmation of order email any further emails to [Email Removed] does not receive any response. A most frustrating experience with this company and I've yet to receive my order.
