No response to emails requesting paid up lette

13th January 2014 I contacted Shapiro Shaik to request settlement on my account, I was advised that someone will call me back the same day, nobody called me back, on the 14th January 2014 I contacted Shapiro Shaik, spoken to Magnolia who emailed me the settlement letter, on the 15th January 2014 the account was paid in full, I sent the payment confirmation and settlement confirmation letter to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] and I requested a paid up letter, I received no response to the email, I sent another 7 emails to the following address's [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] but still no response, I contacted Shapiro Shaik again on the 24th January 2014 and spoken to Refilwe Boikanyo, requested to speak to her manager or team leader and she refused to put me through to the manager/team leader and instead provided me with their email address's [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] I emailed both Portia & Joanna however still no response to date, all I want is my paid up letter confirming that the full and final payment has been received and no further amounts are owing. When I wanted to pay the response was quick however now that I want a letter it's slow
