Bad Service/NO Response. I want my items ordered

I ordered online the price: Ipega Dual Docking station for I Pad and I Phone! I paid this immediately after ordering. Queried first where my order was. The order is listed on my account at Groupon but its states ' Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused." I send numerous mails logged support queries via the website. I have send payment confirmation numerous times. The last payment confirmation was send on Monday 7th Feb 2013. I paid for this item on the 23rd Jan 2013. It is more than 2 weeks query and sending mails and confirmation emails of the payment. What I cant understand is that there has been no response to my mails. I even called the support to find out and still no one responds. This is utterly bad service.
