Pick 'n Pay
Supervisor setting a poor example

I went to the Pick a Pay yesterday morning. It was already past 9 o' clock. The Pick and Pay had only three or two tellers operating and we were waiting in a long cue. This store opens at 8:30.( I believe) A teller was slowly, I say slowly making her way to the next closed teller-point and she took her time sorting out everything while yawning like someone who should be in bed. When she finally signaled, I left the cue and went to the opening. I said good morning twice and did not receive a reply other than another yawn. She asked 'plastic' and I said yes please because I had quite a lot of items. She then started throwing my good to the area where it had to be packed. I asked her with a kind voice not to throw my good like that and she gave me a look and preceded slower. I then walked away after i payed and looked to see if I could see a supervisor. Another packer took me to the area where the packets are handed in for safekeeping. There, standing against the wall was Mr Nkosi busy writing something on his phone. The lady had to call him a couple of times before he responded. Supervisor on a telephone = staff do what they want. Cannot expect any different from staff.
