On the 21st Jan I reported about an incident that took place at Foschini, Liberty Mall. It left me as a client very upset. After reporting my incident, I got a response the next day from Britta, saying my complaint has been noted and I shall be getting feedback from the area manager. Today is the 1st of a new month and I've still heard absolutely nothing. I've had missed calls froma private number, granted it could be them but if that's the case, then leave a message. Foschini's failure to keep me informed and updated is really disappointing. Cause that also shows lack of customer service. I would really appreciate being contacted and being informed as to what's happened since the 22nd Jan
