Good day, it's been 38 days since I had reported this incident to the Foschini group and it has been 28 days since I lodged the complaint on Hello Peter (https:///foschini/complaints/-do-you-even-care-1197190). I was informed by Vanessa da Rocha that you require a FEW days and I would get feedback but still NOTHING, NO calls, NO e mail, NO sms, NO mail, NOTHING. So is this your definition of Client Services?
