I'm appalled by the service I always receive at Foschini but this time around I feel I need to complain because this is getting out of hand. I went to Foschini on Saturday the 06/04 and ordered a pair of Luella boots which they didn't have in my size so had to be ordered from Foschini Mimosa Mall and paid a fee of R30. I went back on the 22nd and the shoes were not there and the ladies that work there could NOT be bothered, they didn't even want to do any follow up. Today is the 25th and still no word on whether I will be receiving the boots or not. The girls at Foschini group are disgustingly lazy and incompetent and would rather stand around in a group than assist anyone. When you do ever get assistance they have no shame in asking the person who is helping you to help them with one thing or another so you the customer must wait. They have become a topic amongst my friends because they behaviour is truly shocking. I wonder who their Manager is???
