I'm a loyal supporter but had a bad experience this week. My story is as follows:
1. I needed a new fridge by today (saturday 1 Feb 2014) as a family member desperately needed to use my current one
2. I work in Centurion but live in Woodmead, so I decided to go and buy a new fridge from your Centurion branch on Wednesday afternoon after work. I asked you to please arrange delivery for Saturday and you agreed that this would be done. I paid for the fridge and for the delivery on this day.
3. Today I waited all day and nobody pitched
4. I then called you at lunchtime. You said that you didn't have any records of this transaction and that I must drive to your shop to bring the original invoice to you
5. I drove all the way from Woodmead to Centurion with my invoice to try and resolve this
6. After standing around for 2 hours to try and resolve this, there was a lot of finger pointing between staff members and nobody even bothered to apologise
7. Asked for a refund on my delivery and you refused (even though I drove out to try resolve your mistake)
8. You promised to deliver by 6pm today. It is now 6h40pm and I'm still waiting...
I'm disappointed to say the very least
